almost forgot...
Not only have I been working on the CB750, I have finished rebuilng the engine for the little CL90.
After I reseal (and weld) the tank, I'll FINALLY be able to test fire this little guy. Since it is winter and it needs new rubbers anyway, this may become my winter ice tracker. Really just to tide me over until spring. More to come on this one soon too...

been WAAAAY too long...
Yeah, well I made it to the other side of the holidays, liver and mind mostly intact. Sorry it's been so long since the last post. I started a new job and I've been working more for the old and side jobs. LOTS to do, not to mention trying to find productive time in the shop. So, to show that I haven't been totally neglecting my own work, here's what has been going on:
I finally started and am nicely underway with my first go around with making a tank for the CB750...
still a long way to go, but not nearly as long as I thought it might take. Of course, I will have to make another seat to go along with the new tank. The one that's on it now is my first go with my english wheel and for a different set-up.
Stay tuned, I'm working on the plans tonight for the seat and should get the bulk done this weekend!

ok, let's try again...
Yes, it has been awhile again. I tried updating a few days ago, something went crazy, yada, yada, yada.
Anyhow, I have at least spent some time in the shop working on pieces for a few charity events, and through it I started a new ink on paper series I'm thinking of calling "Compression Constellations".
probably more to come...

Art Card Drawings,,,
Recently participated in an Artist card swap. Good times.
Here are some of the drawings I did. A few motorcycle/ cafe themed, others are more referencing my sculptures.

ANother reason why it's been a while...
So immediately after Open Studios I had to finish a bicycle rack that I was commissioned to build for the Unitarian Memorial Church in Fairhaven, Ma. I like to think it turned out pretty well...
I you happen to go to church that day, ride your bike!

long time no post...
Yeah, it's been some time between posts, but here are at least a few images from the Open Studios with my friends Kim and Kat.
